Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS

 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns of any Wild-Trail Outfitters purchase within 30 days of the transaction. Simply login to your Wild-Trail Outfitters.com account to initiate a return and generate a pre-paid label. Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible and include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. Generating a prepaid label incurs a $5 fee, which will be deducted from your return total.

Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 3-5 business days to complete and up to 10 business days to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified by email.

Please note that final sale items, promotional gift items, and e-gift cards are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
